What am I doing in here?

As Chief of Confusion Resolution and industry-leading Concern Management, I can assist customers in resolving their day to day enquires and concerns.  I have 6 years experience in this position; my goal is to be one of the best Parts Advisors in the vicinity of Country Hills Boulevard and Deerfoot Trail.

I find working the parts desk to be both challenging and fulfilling; I will likely retire in this capacity and will remain loyal to Country Hills Toyota for as long as they are willing to retain me.  Outside of work, I love to study rhinos and their habitats.
